作品論述
作品呈現出一隻蝴蝶在籠中隨著群眾而反應的狀態。即使是人工製造，這件電子與機器自動化的作品，在智慧與情感的條件下，卻活靈活現。 作品隨著環境變化有所反應，創造出與觀眾的連結，並且傳達出囚禁的情感。他能夠分享其孤寂或者觀看他者靠近籠子的喜悅。
Art Statement
The work presents a cage with a butterfly that reacts according to the public. Although artificial this “electronic automaton” or “robot” seems to be alive, provided with intelligence and emotion. Able to respond to changes in his environment, he can create a link with his audience and communicate the feelings of his imprisonment. He can then share his loneliness or the joy of seeing someone approach his cage.
